What is Bay Splash?
Our annual benefit called Bay Splash is a community-building event that brings together Bay parents, staffulty, and trustees, to celebrate our spirit of generosity and invest in strategic priorities for Bay. This year’s Benefit will be held Saturday, March 24 at Bimbo’s 365 Club from 6pm to 10pm and will include a cocktail reception, full dinner, paddle raise, wine auction, community party sign ups and DJ and dancing.
Prior to the night of the Benefit, there is also an online auction that includes sign-ups for a number of community parties hosted throughout the year.
Is there a cost to attend? Are sponsors needed?
Tickets to attend the Bay Splash are required and will be available online to purchase starting Feburary 14, 2018.
A variety of sponsorship levels are available NOW to purchase that include two tickets to attend, sponsorship of Staffulty tickets, and event underwriting.
Because ticket prices cover only some of the cost of food; sponsors are needed to help allow faculty and staff to attend free of charge, as well as cover AV needs, music, décor and other expenses.
What should I wear? What about seating? Do I bring my children?
Attire for Bay Splash typically ranges from themed or cocktail to semi-formal attire, and we encourage guests to wear whatever they feel most comfortable in. Many guests choose to come in festive or themed attire.
Seating is open and on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage you to mingle and invite new friends to join a table. This year, after the cocktail reception, dinner will be served buffet style. Dessert will be served at the tables during the seated program.
The Benefit is an adults-only (21+) evening.
How do I pick up my tickets?
All attendees, including those whose purchase sponsorship packages, will check in at registration. There you will receive your bidder number for participating in the auction.
